A few important things you need
to know...
Any phone that is compatible with the T-Mobile Network will work with BOSS Wireless.
If you still owe money for your phone, it will need to be unlocked by your prior service provider.
Your phone will need a BOSS Wireless SIM card. If you don’t already have one, you can buy one here.

Enter your phone’s IMEI
Dial *#06# on your phone keypad.
Android: Go to Settings > About Phone > IMEI.
iPhone: Go to Settings > General > About > IMEI.
What’s this?
An IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) is a 15-16 digit ID that's unique to your device. This will help us determine if you can bring your device to BOSS Wireless.

Your phone is compatible with BOSS Wireless.
Now lets check your SIM card
Android: Search for 'ICCID' in the Google Play store. Use any free app.
iPhone: Go to Settings > General > About > ICCID.
Or search on the back of your SIM card.
What’s this?
Your phones SIM card has a 20 digit number that’s unique to your SIM Card called an ICCID (integrated circuit card identifier). We need to check the ICCID and confirm that it works with BOSS Wireless.

You entered the number incorrectly.

Your phone is not compatible with the T-Mobile Network.
Your phone is locked by your previous carrier. You will need to call them to unlock it.
